Imagine being in your country, and knowing how to make your own Mexican salsa!
We will teach you how to make it and enjoy it, and above all, you will understand why Chile is the heart of our gastronomy.
Your visit is made up of the following stages:
First a brief explanation about what is chili, its origin, history, classification and texture, as well as its processes.
Afterwards, we will show you the different sauces that can be made, and you will make your own sauce, in our Mexican mortar that dates from our pre-Hispanic time "El Molcajete".
Finally, we will have a tasting with the elaborated sauces and some Mexican appetizers.
