I am a certified Yoga teacher. I teach at various Yoga studios in Berlin and have already two years of teaching experience. It is my passion to share the wisdom and practice of yoga with others. I founded Yoga on the Move over one year ago and now we are a team of six, young, passionated teachers that guide through our regular classes each week!

We start the yoga class with a meditation, settling in to our body, arriving in the here and now. We start moving with a little warm up and a few sun salutations. Further on we move on to further variations of standing and balancing postures. Finally we melt down in deeply stretching and softening Asanas and arrive in our final relaxation, shavasana.
