We'll make pasta in a real Bolognese house in the very center of Bologna, 7 minutes walking from the main square, with the same Love and Fresh ingredients our Italian mum would do for us on a Sunday Morning :)

Starting from scratch, YOU'll make the dough manually, I'll tell you how to play with it and we'll make our own meal through - both - a traditional and a creative process.
While YOU'll create all the different fillings and a souce, we'll have time to taste 5 or more different kind of cheeses and aged ham. Tasting ingredients it's necessary to know how to mix them to get a proper result that you will be happy to do (and remember) when you will be back home. In this time we will talk about history and tradition of pasta and I'll be happy to tell you some secret tricks Chefs use in the restaurants! :)
In this cooking class you'lI learn how to make filled and traditional pasta: tortelloni, tortellini, ravioli, agnolotti, tagliatelle and garganelli. So far just 3 classes finished to eat all of them. It's not a challange, but.. :)
How much time will last? It depends on your skills, size of the group and requests. The longest it may take it's 4 hours, with one person it may take 2,5
