In this experience you'll learn how to make the genovese PESTO sauce CROXETTI and the typical italian dessert: TIRAMISU'. So you're welcome and we will start making the most famous italian dessert: the king Tiramisù with a soft and smooth cream. We will serve you a glass of Prosecco wine that definitely helps you to pound the fresh basil, the parmesan, the pinenuts and the garlic in the marble mortar of my grandmother that she gave it to me together with the secrets of her special pesto recipe. When pesto will be ready and creamy, you'll learn how to make a traditional kind of pasta: Croxetti, a fantastic shaped kind of pasta original from the Rinascimento and typical of this area, kneading by hand a very rich dough.
Finally, you'll enjoy a dinner that features the dishes you made with a glass of White wine
At the end you'll leave with the knowledge of my special and unique grandmother's recipes.

The Restaurant is located outside the train station of Riomaggiore on the left (Cinque Terre); the place is coastal and cosy that helps you to relax and enjoy the xperience. It's a very easy place to join, there are no stairs (just few steps to enter in the restaurant)

This experience with Luca was fantastic! He was extremely personable and knowledgable. Even as a competent cook, I felt like I learnt a lot off him and the end results were absolutely delicious! I’d highly recommend this experience and I’ll be taking all the knowledge and tips back with me to show them off to my friends back in London!

A wonderful experience! Luca is a passionate teacher who not only teaches you how to make the dishes, but includes the history and locations of the ingredients. I enjoyed cooking with him and the food turned out excellent!

My girlfriend and I spent a week in Cinque Terre, and taking a cooking class from Luca was one of the best highlights! Not only was the experience educational and fun, we also were able to eat what we cooked! It was so good!

Excellent class- Luca is a great teacher and also incorporated a lot of interesting facts and tips into the class. The meal was delicious. I also loved the setting- a family run Italian restaurant. Grazie Mille!

Luca was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history and ingredients of the class. We had a wonderful time chatting and learning how to make fresh pesto, gnocchi and tiramisu. The end product was delicious ! He has spoiled us with the homemade pesto! Highly recommend his cooking class!
