Located just a few minutes from Lourmarin - one of the most beautiful villages in the Lubéron - their Provençal cooking experiences are all about relaxed, hands-on learning.
Nicky and Cindy limit the number of participants so that guests can throughly enjoy their experience as you are guided through the culinary process with ample time to ask questions and appreciate the tastes and sensory beauty that surround their property, Domaine de la Récolte.
Nicky and Cindy are passionate about growing, cooking, and eating seasonal Provençal food. Their unique knowledge, acquired over 35 years in the food and hospitality industry, has resulted in their love of the land and their dedication to harvesting its produce sustainably as the seasons change. La Récolte has its own chickens, a vegetable garden, bee hives and an olive grove which yields one of the healthiest and most natural of Provencal products, olive oil - these ingredients and more are woven into your cooking experience.
Guests meet at La Récolte, where they will begin their experience by collecting produce from the vegetable garden. Then it’s back to the kitchen where there will be hands-on learning as lunch is prepared and you share Nicky and Cindy’s love and enthusiasm for the wonderful array of Provençal produce that surrounds them every day, no matter what time of year.
