We will meet at my favorite local market cafe at South Melbourne market to sample Melbourne coffee. You will join us as we walk the tiny streets of South Melbourne markets and selecting only the freshest local ingredients of making Kimchi and other dishes of the day. You'll get a mini tour of my favorite market. The produces, street-food stalls and vibes are just devine! Feel free to eat your way before cooking.
Making our way to my gorgeous chef kitchen at my building looking over Albert Park & outdoor swimming pool, we will master the fine art of Korean cuisine. You'll learn:

These recipes were passed on by my teacher who is the last student of the last Master of Culinary for the palace of the last King in Korea. I'll show how to ferment traditional Korean Kimchi which is the most important ingredient. I'll explain why it is god-health food. You can use this method to ferment basically anything. A funny saying: " I like my kimchi how I like myself, spicy and too hot for you" ;)
We’ll taste Korean Sochu, drink tea, cook Korean food with love and share delicious meals together whilst I give you an insight into one of the most coveted recipes in the world. I can't wait to not only show Korean cuisine to you but also our way of life and our Korean culture!
