This experience is co hosted by Michael and Christina who is the lead culinary instructor. She is a feeder and a foodie, with a true love for creating nourishing, delicious vegan dishes for others. Being from the island of Cyprus, her inspiration mostly comes from Mediterranean cuisine with a mix of Middle Eastern. She's worked in the hectic kitchen of a veggie cafe in Cyprus and also started a small business selling raw, vegan, gluten free cakes.
Having recently eaten her way through street vendors and ramen bars all around SE Asia and Japan, she's developed a taste for Asian flavours and cuisines. In Thailand, she attended a Plant-Based Culinary School to make traditional and modern Thai cooking. In 8 years of being vegan, she has accumulated many tips, tricks and recipes that she will share with you.
