I'm born and raised on the Island of Kauai. When I grew up, everybody had their part in our village. My grandparents/parents passed on their knowledge about farming, healing and just their way of live. We might have some outside influence today , but I'm still living the lifestyle of my ancestors in every possible way.

Was wir unternehmen werden

At my house I have an underground oven, which is called an "IMU" in Hawaiian. We'll meet up early in the morning to set everything up and put the food in. After about 6-8 hours we'll take out the food and have dinner together. We'll have: kalua pig, turkey, veggies and ricepudding.

Wo ihr sein werdet

The underground oven "IMU" is in my backyard right next to my house. After we put the food underground, there is an option to drive to the bambooforest, which is about 10min away, to learn about native plants and hawaiian culture.
