Spend time with your friends preparing your mozzarella and learn with us the secret of cheese in a suggestive location.
Our master cheesemaker, Salvatore, will explain you in detail our production of mozzarella and other cheeses such as: ricotta, pecorino, scamorze from high quality fresh milk, which we take every morning from a local cow farm very close to us.
Moreover Salvatore will teach you how to make mozzarella, starting from the mozzarella curd prepared by him and his team only a couple of hours before the course starts.
You will have fun creating different forms of mozzarella like: braid, knots, balls and burrata, that you will enjoy with a good glass of wine at our cheesebar or to take away.
The course will take place directly in our dairy laboratory, where each student will have his own workstation and dairy production tools.
After course you can stay with us by booking a table, for tasting others Apulia product or the others cheese we make.
