You’ll be welcomed in my cosy apartment, where we’ll get acquainted.
The workshop will start by making the pasta dough: you’ll learn how to prepare a perfect “pasta fatta in casa” (homemade pasta), so that you’ll be able to do it anytime by yourself.
We’ll use fresh and natural products, and you will have the opportunity to create your own filling for ravioli, tortellini and agnolotti. We'll use vegetables and cheeses for the fillings, and you will use and combine various type of ingredients I selected in order to create your own!
Once the dough and the fillings are ready, I will guide you step by step through the making of 5 different kind of pasta: tortellini, ravioli, agnolotti, garganelli, and tagliatelle.
I'll explain you how to perfectly cook the pasta, and I'll show you how to prepare the classic sauce for ravioli and homemade pasta in general (the delicious "burro e salvia", that is to say "butter and sage" sauce").
Don't forget to bring a lunch box with you, so that you can take the remaining fresh pasta at home.
