Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and blu grotto. You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. Our journey will starts with a walking in which we will discover the village, its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients useful in our cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will prepare our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the region. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, colorful salads, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the prepared 4 courses learning how to pair it with 3 different wines and homemade liquors. Qui ci imbarcheremo e dopo un briefing sulla sicurezza, usciremo dal porto ed inizieremo la navigazione a vela (se c'è vento) verso Amalfi (3 ore di navigazione). Potrai vedere dal mare la splendida Amalfi Coast, dove potrai tuffarti nelle splendide acque della Costiera, pranzare nella Baia del Cavallo Morto e visitare incantevoli insenature accessibili solo dal mare; potrai fare snorkeling o goderti il sole ed il panorama in assoluta tranquillità. We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients! Other things to note Let us know if you need a transfer. Feel the warm sun on your face and the wind in your hair. You can go for a swim or just enjoy all the beauty that will be surrounding you on board! We could also take a pause in one of the exclusive beach restaurant in Amalfi reachable only by boat. Esploreremo alcune delle più belle DOMUS aperte di recente ed in particolare le più affascinanti dove in alcune di esse i restauri sono stati eseguiti dal mio Prof. La visita continuerà tra BOTTEGHE, AFFRESCHI, MOSAICI, panetterie, TEATRI e aneddoti e storie di Abitanti e GLADIATORI. Faremo un emozionante giro in barca intorno alla meravigliosa isola di Capri. La barca sulla quale saliremo è il tipico GOZZO caprese, la tipica imbarcazione dell'isola, in passato utilizzata dai pescatori e l'unica con la quale è possibile avvicinarsi e, in alcuni casi, entrare nelle piccole GROTTE e CALETTE dell'isola. Il giro durerà due ore, durante le quali ci fermeremo per fare un BAGNO nei punti dove l'acqua è più cristallina.Visiteremo le tante grotte e calette spettacolari dell'isola e poi ci fermeremo davanti ai FARAGLIONI per fare delle spettacolari e indimenticabili FOTO.Durante il viaggio potrai rilassarti e prendere il sole , sfruttando la comodità delle nostre imbarcazioni. I nostri marinai ti forniranno spiegazioni e ti racconteranno le leggende dell'isola di Capri, avremo anche l'occasione di fare un aperitivo a bordo degustando il tipico LIMONCELLO caprese, da noi stessi prodotto. We will take a kayak ride along the Posillipo coast and use very easy kayak models to maneuver. There are two itineraries that we can do: Towards Marechiaro, Gaiola and Trentaremi bay. Or towards Villa Lauro, Riva fiorita and Cenito bay The tour lasts about two hours where we will stop and swim to admire the seabed and discover the culture and archeology along the coast.
